In order to receive to a top quality service we ask our top quality customers to respect Traxx Detailing terms of service.

Traxx Detaling is a Mobile car care company that comes to your door or place of work to carry out work asked by our customers.

Traxx detailing staff members will not work on busy roads or on the road side. We do require a safe work environment not only for our staff but customes also, safe water and electricity scource is required on site.

If your vehicle interior is soiled with blood, vomit, pet hair, faeces, heavy mud or mould additional charges may be incured if not notified before arrival. If possble provide images and details on bookings as this can vary the price.

If Traxx Detailing is running late for your appointment or something was to go wrong customers will be asked if they can rebook with in a 14 day period of orginal appointment date, If not we will honour any refunds if funds have been sent prior to appointment.

For any reason a customer defaults payment after work carried out legal action will be taken as this is a loss of wage. Traxx Detailing will not be a victim to loss of earnings and time under any circumstances.
